The Issue • Weekly Tube Closures permitted between Labor Day and Independence Day: • Sunday 9:00 pm to Friday at 12:00 pm. • Could work at night during July and August within allowable working hours • Tunnel 1 (WB) – 2 year rehabilitation duration • Tunnel 2 (EB) – 1 year rehabilitation duration • Traffic incidents or inclement weather may require the opening of all travel lanes or the cancellation of work at the time. 20 May 28, 2020
