Manufacturing Vilnius, Lithuania The two manufacturing sites are equipped with modern automated equipment from leading machinery producers, including laser-cutting equipment from AMADA and a fully automatic powder coating line, ITW GEMA (Swiss) Ideal Line (Denmark). Processes are optimized by automation equipment and balanced with manual assembly at critical points.
Manufacturing Stolbcy, Belarus Assembly lines having geometry machines ensure stable construction of the cabinets. Metal cutting is performed with nitrogen (-200 o C) which protects metal from rusting. All major product parts are made using stainless steel, guaranteeing long product’s life time. FREOR products are designed so that it would be easy to install them in the stores and easy to reach-in for the maintenance process.
