The remaining Post-1987 Hoover A, i.e., 189 MW - 157 MW = 32 MW, was allocated to new eligible entities including Aguila, Avra Valley, ED1, ED8, Harquahala, McMullen, Queen Creek, Silverbell and RCAlaw.com Tonopah. Example, CMID lost 17.4% of its entitlement, plus the 16% "A" energy loss = 33%.
