HOMOLOGATION PQUBE3 CREG 024, Colombia
Background In 2005 in Colombia came a resolution or national standard that forced the utilities to install energy quality analyzers in their power substations. This resolution was called CREG 024. The CREG 024 required the installation of energy quality analyzers and the delivery of the data in a certain way.
Data The data of outage, swells, THD V, individual harmonics, SAG, flicker, etc. They must be sent every week to CREG (commission of regulation of energy and gas) in CSV format.
Homologation Codensa contract to the Brazilian company WAY2 to generate software that would extract information from the measurements of PQube3 and convert them into CSV format as required by CREG. We have almost homologated the PQube3 with the format required by the CREG (we are 95%). We are in the stage of comparing the measured data with the PQube3 vs the Nexus 1252 which was the analyzer that Codensa installed in 2005.
Codensa Codensa belongs to the group Enel
Enel Enel is a Company that is all over the world
Enel Now the guideline of ENEL is to install one analyzer that complies with the certification of class A and with the standard of ENEL in Italy and at least for Colombia, CREG 024. For this reason it is essential that the PQube3 be certified with the standards that Enel demands in Italy. Without this certification we will not be able to sell the PQube3 to the Enel group companies
Conclusion PSL must certify the PQube3 in such a way that it allows us to open the market with the Enel group companies.
