  7. “Rules of Engagement” MEETINGS AGENDAS • 3-4:30p • Distribute to task force 24 hours in advance. 1 st & 3 rd Friday of the month • • Post to website 24 hours in advance. • Set location with audio, visual, call-in ‒ near Capitol during session QUORUM ? At least ? meetings per year “in community” • Required to take action. • 7 of 13 members (in person or by phone). ? Proxies or delegates – we are appointed members ? Chronic absenteeism VOTING • If quorum met, 51% majority. • Removal of task force member, super majority = 2/3rds of all members.
