INVESTMENT HIGHLIGHTS § PROSPECTIVE LOCATION • BC’s Golden Triangle: more ounces in the ground than Nevada’s Carlin Trend § ACCESIBLE INFRASTRUCTURE • Road, power and deep-water port all nearby § DIVERSIFIED Portfolio • American Creek West: MTB now holds a dominant land position in the American Creek corridor and considers this area to be highly prospective due to the presence of several nearby past-producers, the favourable geology and numerous mineralized showings. The newly consolidated claims gives the project district scale potential • Red Cliff project: A past producing gold-copper mine on which 400 drill holes have outlined a mineralized zone that extends for 2.3 km with at least 400 metres of known vertical extent. The zone is up to several metres wide and open at depth • BA/Surprise Creek project: The property has the potential to host a district-scale silver-rich VHMS system. The Barbara zone has been tested with 178 drill holes which has outlined a replacement style VHMS silver-lead-zinc deposit with favourable grades.
