The Local Industrial Strategy Chair nominations and new board members New: Digital Skills Partnership Manager role • Aim: to developing a new digital partnership that will drive the alignment and expansion of digital skills provision to meet employer needs. • Skills: Innovation, creativity, high quality organisation skills. • Part time, fixed term one year post. • Working with the LEP, the University of Hull, employers, education and training providers, the four local authorities and Humber stakeholders. • The post will include the development of effective analysis, monitoring and evaluation systems to ensure that robust outcomes are delivered. Duties include contributing to the writing of digital proposals, developing successful winning propositions to attract external funding.
Skills Advisory Panel Update • Additional analysis undertaken in October to enhance the report. • SAP Workshops held in Grimsby and Hull in December. • Next step is to review the feedback from the workshops to identify any gaps where further analysis or research will help to inform our future employment and skills strategy. • Skills Advisory Panel Analysis Report and Dashboard is now available on the Humber LEP website https://www.humberlep.org/skills/skills-resources/skills-advisory-panel-analysis-report-and-dashboard/
