Our mission With The Rights Approach in mind, it is our mission to provide quality comprehensive care to the hearing-impaired population and their families; in response to all of their abilities-development and health-and-education specialized-services needs. “ We are a non-profit organization with almost 60 years of history working for the inclusion and well-being of people with hearing disabilities in Colombia ”. Our strategic objectives  To consolidate our educational space for the comprehensive development of children, youth, and their families; promoting inclusion and guaranteeing the Rights for the hearing-impaired population  To continue strengthening our Health Institute´s processes related to hearing impairment  To influence public, private, academic, and civil society agendas to raise awareness about hearing impairment  To develop a human team that lives our purpose and who generates transformation at its environment and for itself  To leverage the Foundation's model through the use of information and communication technologies (ICTs)  To develop knowledge management capacities to favor the sustainability of the Foundation's model  To consolidate a diversified financing scheme which integrates projects management as a fundamental part of the Foundation's impact model. 2
