How does it work? ● Typically formatted to be a day and a half long training ○ Working on abridged version for OpenStack Days Events Small lectures interleaved with activities for individuals and groups ● ● Exercise focused to encourage engagement and retention Moves towards the Problem Based Learning (PBL) approach ● ○ How to solve problems ○ How to find relevant information ○ How to communicate in public
Who does it? ● (Mostly) run by long time contributors ● Maintained by upstream-institute team with help from the training-guides team Liaisons from each project to ● ○ help answer questions ○ share insights to the best practices and governance of a given project
