  8. Panel ¡Members ¡ Prior to working for NYSASBO, Deborah worked as Deputy Superintendent for Business at the Nevada Department of Education. She is the immediate past president of the Association of Education Finance and Policy. She worked many years for the New York State Education Department including serving as Coordinator for the Office of Educational Management Services. Deborah H. Cunningham Mr. Piccirillo assumed the superintendency of the Saratoga Springs City School District on July 1, 2012. He has been an educator for 28 years, including eight years with Saratoga, where he served as assistant superintendent of secondary education. Before coming to Saratoga, Mr. Piccirillo was the high school principal in the Guilderland Central School District, an administrator in the Shenendehowa and Niskayuna Central School Districts, and a teacher in the Lake George and North Warren Central School Districts. He received a Master of Arts degree in teaching from Binghamton University, and School District Administrator Michael Piccirillo certification from Plattsburgh State University.

  9. Panel ¡Members ¡ Kurt J Jaeger, C , CPA, M , MBA is the Assistant Superintendent for Business for the Saratoga Springs City Schools. Mr. Jaeger served as chairman of the NYSSCPA Public Schools Accounting Committee and president for the New York Schools Insurance Reciprocal. He also serves on the executive committee of the WSWHE BOCES Health Insurance Trust. Mr. Jaeger has taught accounting for both Mercy College and Dutchess Community College and writes for the NYSASBO Reporter . He enjoys time with his wife and grandchildren. Kurt Jaeger Frank was a school board member at the Saratoga Springs City School District for 15 years. He served as the board president for 2 years, Vice President for 2 years and he was a founding member of the Audit and Finance Committees. He was Chairman of the finance committee for over 10 years. Frank works as a Landscape Architect at C.T. Male Associates in Latham, NY Frank Palumbo
