Aker (Dutch Ministry for Social Affairs and Occupation) 26/09/2018 Fight against Occupational Cancer Conference, Vienna, 24 and 25 September 2018 2
Some Questions to be discussed Which procedures and general principles are used to implement the (risk-based) limit values in socially accepted management concepts? Is there a need for an EU-harmonised risk (level) for activities with carcinogenic substances and are there possibilities for a way forward in the framework of existing regulation? What are realistic steps to initiate a corresponding process? What are inhibiting factors? Can these be eliminated? 26/09/2018 Fight against Occupational Cancer Conference, Vienna, 24 and 25 September 2018 3
