Leaseholders Agent: City of *RePlan Strata Leaseholders’ Vancouver Society
*RePlan Strata Leaseholders’ Society Purposes: • Promote interests of leaseholders • Negotiate lease modifications with City of Vancouver on behalf of leaseholders To be eligible for membership: • False Creek residential strata leaseholder • Sign agency agreement with Society Directors: • Three appointed by *RePlan (initial) • One or two appointed by enclaves with at least 30% participation
Agency Agreement One agreement between *RePlan Strata Leaseholders’ Society and all participating leaseholders Each leaseholder agrees: • no separate negotiation with City of Vancouver • no lease modification unless ratified by participating leaseholders *RePlan SLS agrees to: • act as agent within scope described in agency agreement • present lease modification to participating leaseholders for approval Fixed term unless extended by leaseholders

Next Steps 1. Hold leaseholder information sessions 2. Update FAQ and post the session online 3. Compile results of the bargaining agency survey 4. If supported, form a bargaining agency 5. As part of a communication plan, interview municipal parties/candidates and post their information prior to the opening of advance voting for the October 20th municipal election 6. Prepare for negotiations
