Lessons learned after several years of experience Enterprise Architecture is key Data quality and consistency are always underestimated It’s not because we collect lots of data in a datalake that it must not be organized. A data architect is a must. The technology is ready … the mindset, not always ! All those Digital projects are involving more and more the business but this is still about IT ! IT must be more than ever a business partner and not only a techno provider The PoC approach is now the rule to validate the use cases We have new jobs to develop : Datascientists, cloud platform provisionning, devops experts, Bigdata architect , … The techno is ready, let’s adapt our way of working ! 13
