When did you stop singing? When did you stop dancing? When did you stop being enchanted by story? When did you stop finding comfort in the sweet territory of silence? The 4 Shamanic Q uestions
toning Toning is described as creating extended vocal sounds. Most often with vowel sounds. Sounds are toned to experience them through the body. You are not trying to sing a pretty song, or make a melody. There are no words to toning. There is no imposed harmony. What you are creating with toning is a sound massage working from the inside out. You feel the vi- brations of toning with your whole body. Benefits of toning can include; better alignment, balance, and refreshed energy.

The wise bee knows she is born into the unity. May we now remember the role we chose. To be here as pollinators of light for this beautiful Earth. The wise bees teach us that honey is food made in prayer. May we be mindful that what we make of the nectar we collect contributes to the highest vibration for ALL. Bee-loveds—may you journey in joy and dance with the honeyed sweetness of this sacred circle enfolding you! Closing in sweetness
