  9. Kaoko Project The Kaoko Project is a large contiguous group of licenses (3671 km²), held by Teck Corp, in the Carbonate Platform. Kalahari has entered into an Agreement into an Agreement with Teck for the acquisition of Kaoko. It hosts >200 Cu occurrences, with a linear strike of 200km, and hosts several drilled Cu/Ag deposits including the 11Mt 1% Cu – Okonhongo Deposit.

He graduated in Mining & Exploration Geology in 1973 from the Royal School of Mines in London. As founder and CEO of Scandinavian Minerals Ltd, he was responsible for the acquisition of the Kevitsa, Finland nickel-copper-PGE deposit in 2000. Scandinavian Minerals went public on the Toronto Stock Exchange in 2004 and over the next 8 years raised approximately 100 million Canadian Dollars in equity finance to develop Kevitsa. In 2008, Scandinavian Minerals was acquired in a friendly takeover by First Quantum Minerals for 281 million Canadian Dollars. Christian de Saint Rome – CEO, Director Christian de Saint Rome – CEO, Director Mr. de Saint-Rome has over 25 years of experience in the areas of early-stage corporate management and financial services. Mr. de Saint –Rome is founder and CEO of Copperzone Resources Ltd, a project generator and exploration company in Zambia. Mr. de Saint-Rome was CFO then Corporate Development Advisor to Northern Shield Resources (NRN-TSXV); a Corporate Advisor, then Director of Scandinavian Minerals (SGL-TSX), which was sold to First Quantum (FM-TSX) in 2008 for 281 million CAD. Mr. de Saint-Rome has worked with international companies such as; Deloitte Touche and RBC Dominion Securities. Mr. de Saint-Rome is the President of the Chambre de Commerce Finlande-Canada and a board member of the Lakeshore Soccer Club, one of Quebec’s largest soccer clubs. Mr. de Saint-Rome received his BA in Political Science from McGill University and has certificates from the Sorbonne and the University ofVienna.

Most notably he has 20 years experience in several African countries. In addition to having held directorship positions at a number of public and private companies. Mr. Lemmon is the Chief Geologist and Director of Copperzone Resources Ltd, a successful project generator and exploration company in Zambia. Mr. Lemmon is Director and COO of Cold Rock Resources LTd (Sweden, Norway), and CEO of GroAfrica, an African agri-bio fuel business. Mr. Lemmon is a Professional Graduate of United Kingdom’s Institute of Materials, a Fellow of the Geological Society of London, and a Registered Professional Natural Scientist in South Africa. Dave Paxton – Director Mr. Paxton was educated in Zimbabwe and then trained by Goldfields of South Africa as a mining engineer and mine manager of the production section. In 1983 he joined a South African stockbroker as a mining analyst for the South African mining industry. In 1988 he moved to the UK as a mining analyst in London. He has worked in South America, Central America and Europe, where he was responsible for grassroots regional metalliferous exploration programmes through to resources definition and mine development. Mr Martin has established a number of JV partnerships with major mining companies and has been involved in the formation of four AIM and TSX traded companies. Pierre Léveillé - Over 28 years of experience in the International financial sector and 20 years of expereience in the mining exploration industry. He has financed and managed exploration projects in Namibia since 1996 and has realized over US$ 50 million in transactions and financing of Namibian mining exploration projects. He his currently Executive Director of Deep-South Mining Company (PTY) Ltd, which is involved in the Haib Copper project withTeck Resources Ltd. Nico Scholtz – Nico is a Namibian based Geological consultant with +10 years experience on projects in East, West and Southern Africa. He serves as a Competent Person under JORC,SAMREC codes and Qualified Person under NI 43-101 . Rahim Khan – is Senior Partner at Rahim Khan & Company Attorneys in Gaborone,Botswana. Mr. Khan has acted as Chief Magistrate for Gaborone 2000-2004, and a board member of Africa Wildlife Foundation, Legal Aid board Botswana, Southern Africa Litigation centre,Sir Ketumile Foundation, and Botswana Railways. Mr. Khan is the Honorary Swedish Counsel to Botswana. Milton Kesupile – is a Botswana geoscientist and a graduate of a B.Sc Applied Geophysics. He is a founder and Director of Terra Firma X-Ray, a mineral and geotechnical investigations business. Milton was an inter Geologist at the Minitsry of Minerals, Energy and Water Resources – Department of Mines,Botswana, and currently is an AssistantTeacher of Physics at Mogoditshane Senior Secondary School.
