Binghamton, an entrepreneurial university The Office of Entrepreneurship and Innovation Partnerships leads the University’s efforts in entrepreneurship, intellectual property management and licensing and innovation-based economic development. The Start-up Suite provides low-cost space and support services to spin-off enterprises with roots in faculty research. Entrepreneurship Across the Curriculum (ExC) encourages faculty members to create or modify a course to devote a substantial amount of time to entrepreneurship, including social entrepreneurship. Student entrepreneurship. Binghamton is fostering and supporting a new generation of entrepreneurs with the goal of creating a profound impact on the economic revitalization.
Entrepreneurship Across the Curriculum Campus-wide initiative sponsored by the Office of Entrepreneurship and Innovation Partnerships and New York State Center of Excellence – S 3 IP and endorsed by CIC2020 , student community revitalization group.
Entrepreneurship Across the Curriculum Incentives are offered to faculty to significantly revise an existing course to include an entrepreneurship-related component, or to include a significant entrepreneurial component in a new course being developed.
Entrepreneurship Across the Curriculum Faculty from all academic disciplines are invited to submit proposals (nursing, engineering, cinema, social work, etc.) Focus on being entrepreneurial vs. being an entrepreneur.
