FACTORIES With more than 40 years of experience, ELKON is not only Turkey's leader manufacturer of Concrete Batching Plants but also is the largest manufacturer of Concrete Batching Plants in Europe with the 500 units annual production capacity and more than 300 units annual concrete plants sales.
INDUSTRY 4.0 TRANSFORMATION IN ELKON FACTORIES ELKON, with the vision of using the most advanced technology which is taken on the basis of its production, has established 15 different fully automated robotic stations in its factories for welding, painting, drilling and grinding applications. Thus, 90% of welding’s of the manufactured products began to be done by these high-tech welding robots.
MIXER PRODUCTION • From 1500/1000 l. to 9000/6000 l. Twinshaft mixers are completely welded by welding robots • Production Capacity: 500 units Twinshaft mixer/year
AGGREGATE BIN PRODUCTION For the first time in the world, the welding process of the complete aggregate storage bins (12 meters in length, 14 tons weight) including extension panels, discharge cones and structure are made with robots. Panels are also painted with painting robots.
CEMENT SILO & SCREW PRODUCTION Cement silos with capacities from 30 to 500 tons and cement screws with various sizes are manufactured thanks to fully automated robotic production stations.
