When targeting stoats, examples that meet these requirements are DOC 200 trap boxes or tracking tunnels. When targeting feral cats, the wooden submarine bait station is an example that meets these requirements. 8

Propose: Amend ‘Notification of operations’ control • Use the same notification control as applies to micro-encapsulated zinc phosphide paste and bait containing sodium nitrite • Includes Medical Officer of Health, veterinarians, adjacent land occupiers and owners, and in some cases police 9

Comments on E&R Report • Propose new control overlaps with the existing method of release control • Users will not access an appendix to the decision for guidance on designs 10
