First off – CHOOSE A TOPIC! � Choose a disease or disorder that is interesting to you. It could be something you have a personal experience with or something you want to learn more about. � Your presentation should take 5-7 minutes. It should be QUALITY. Treat it as if you are teaching the class a lesson because you will be! That means you need to become an expert on your topic. � You need to have some type of visual presentation. Powerpoint works great but there are other options if you want. Be sure to include pictures and other elements to engage the audience. � Please keep track of your sources and include them on your last slide. You must use a minimum of 3! � I’ll let you know 1 week in advance of the exact day of your presentation.
