Housing Rehabilitation and Citizen Retention Grant • The State Legislature allocated $10 million for housing rehabilitation, citizen retention • The grant helps communities assist homeowners to rehabilitate or replace their flood-damaged homes. • Communities are more likely to retain their residents.
