Collaboration with RSC • EEA is tasked to develop a European overview – Would like to base assessments on GES assessments (GES achieved or not) – Would also like to base it on specific supporting indicators. – Identify topics (art 8) – Exchange of indicators

What we have done • Agreed common indicator structure in WG-DIKE – will be in MSCG next week • Have a task to (among others) implement Helcom spatial units into MSFD reporting • Idea is not to develop an EU database but to work as distributed as possible, while still achieving a coherent output.
