It is made up of local and national, private and public organizations, as well as people who are supporters, curators, professionals, judicial servant, magistrates, volunteers and policy makers in this area, from all over the world. The institution works within the framework of the International Convention on the Protection of the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (UN, 2006) and the Inter-American Conven- tion on the Protection of the Human Rights of Older Persons (2015). Set up a Latin American network on Adult Guardianship among with adults and elderly with disabilities who need support and care, experts, authorities and entrepreneurs, who expand the possibilities of applying the both Conventions standards.
