Setting Up Google Local with a Google+ Account To add a "business" page to your existing Google+ account, select "Pages" under the "Home" menu.
Create a New Page Click the "Create New Page" button. Pick the category of your (business) page. In most instances, this will be "Local Business or Place".
Locate Your Business Provide an address or Select your business address or location name. create a new entry by providing details of your business. Be sure to add a category and click "OK".

Check #1: Page Titles • Make sure that each page of your site has a <title> element. • Contents of this element should be different for each page (not just your website URL). <title>About Us | mysite.com </title> • Target length is 60 characters (120 max).
Check #2: Meta Description • Implemented with the <description> tag • Text describing your page in a SERP listing
Check #3: Proper Headings • Search Engines do use your Headings (H1, H2, H3, ...) • Help assess importance to your content • Use Headings wisely - not meant for styling

Check #7: XML Sitemaps • Helps the search engines prioritize and index site content • Insure that your sitemap is up-to-date • Use one of the sitemap creation tools
