3 Reason for format of meeting • Coronavirus pandemic means the ability to hold Local Authority Meetings at the Council’s Town Hall has been severely restricted • The Local Authorities and Police and Crime Panels (Coronavirus) (Flexibility of Local Authority and Police and Crime Panel Meetings) (England and Wales) Regulations 2020 , now allows a Local Authority to hold a Committee Meeting or a meeting of Council, remotely and for Members to be able to vote remotely • The public and the press will be able hear and see the Meeting on the live stream

6 Item 2 Electoral Review The Local Government Boundary Commission for England has notified the Council of its intention to carry out an electoral review of the Council. The review will consider the total number of councillors on the Council, and then review the numbers and boundaries of electoral divisions within the Council.
