Objectives  Educate residents about green stormwater infrastructure practices, goals and strategies.  Inform residents of overconsumption and lack of recharge of the aquifer through demonstration projects. Objectives  Illustrate connection between urban and agricultural communities through hands on projects. and Goals  Target nontraditional audiences through multimedia outreach and diverse education strategies. Goal  Increase awareness of impairments and restoration strategies for the Cohansey River and the Kirkwood ‐ Cohansey aquifer in an underserved community.

Next Steps for 2017  Install 3 bio ‐ retention systems at Upper Deerfield Elementary Schools.  Introduce water conservation education program in Bridgeton and Upper Deerfield high schools.  Distribute rain barrels throughout Bridgeton (goal=50 barrels distributed to residents)  Complete “Stormwater Walk” field trip at Bridgeton and Barrett’s Run preserve.  Install cistern at Buckshutem Elementary school in Bridgeton
