Be sure to take antibiotic as prescribed and until all the medicine is gone. Call if symptoms worsen or if you have questions. Patient education on sinusitis reviewed. Viral: Increase fluid intake and rest. Supportive measures such as nasal irrigation and OTC for symptom relief. Call if symptoms persist beyond 10 days of onset.
