8. Financial Update 8.1 Financial Dashboards – Bryce Shuck 8.2 OpenGov Implementation Update – Bryce Shuck 8.3 New Intern Grant – Patrick Heaton
8. Financial Dashboards Fund 160 balance finished November at $13.1M up $400K from $12.7M to close October. This increase was expected for the month, though we anticipate December to drop due to large drawdowns expected at La Junta and Meadow Lake.
8. Financial Dashboards Total Revenue for November came in at $2.3M which was 78.7% of forecast. A large vendor at DEN did not file for October, which is the reason the revenue was so lower than expectation.
8. Financial Dashboards The Division received $2.2M in tax revenue for November. This was down $500k from $2.7M in October. Tax Disbursements followed the normal cycle of being 1 month behind revenues.
8. Financial Dashboards Our contingency slide shows our risk level between our current 2020 planned CDAG and our projected 2021 planned CDAG program. As the graph shows we have the funds available to cover our FY20 grant program of $9.0M and show room for growth as we look towards FY21.
8. Financial Dashboards Flowage at DEN set a new record in November at 38.3M gallons, which was 7.9% higher than in 2018. Fuel forecast for December is 41.4M gallons, which seems slightly optimistic based on historical trending.
8. Financial Dashboards FY20 Administration cost budget it set at $1.22M. Currently we have spent $440k on admin, and are projecting a spend of $1.11M for FY20. This would have us at 3.28% of FY19 revenue, which is well below the 5% statutory cap
