Helps students make the connection between career and major choice. o Students begin to ask questions about the transfer process. o There plan of action includes using on-campus resources. o Negatives: • Public speaking is not an easy task for many students. o (Having familia members present at their side seems to help. I plan to implement • more team building activities prior to this assessment to build a stronger bond with familia members) Action Plan- I plan to continue to meet with Guillermo Marrujo who is the previous Puente • Project Coordinator and discuss the results of this assessment and get insight from the perspective of a fellow faculty member with years of experience and expertise in Puente.
