Entry and Contracting Goals : Build trust; transition from student role to consultant role; establish goals for the project Entry : Almost Home Executive Director, Rhonda Gray, desired a client tracking system to monitor client growth and development. Contracting : Spend maximum of 9 months focusing on the development of a tracking system St. Louis Organization Development Network

Diagnosis Goal : At initial meeting, it was determined that AH required an electronic tracking system that could measure client outcomes. • We proceeded to research tracking system capabilities and assess client technology capabilities for implementation purposes St. Louis Organization Development Network
Diagnosis Reality : We need to collect more information about the organization and have dialogue with key members to properly diagnosis How : • Meetings discussing structure and functioning, as well as mission and vision • In depth interviews with key personnel • Role clarification • Asking Questions! Planning and Implementing Change Goal : Help clarify roles and provide feedback on workflow within executive team Goal : Action planning Outcome : AH Executive team was able to orient themselves to their roles and roles of other key stakeholders. Trares Graduate Student Award, is a competitive award named in honor of our late colleague, friend, and member of the OD community. This award was designed to provide financial support for one or more St. Louis area full-time graduate students enrolled in an accredited program to encourage professional development and the exchange of OD knowledge and practice within the local community.
