TCM Disallowance • CMS disallowance of roughly $30m for claims between July 2003 and September 2010 • DHCS filed a formal appeal in October • Appeal process take roughly 6-9 months • DHCS may seek cost reports or supporting documentation from local jurisdictions that participated in TCM during those years • CHEAC encouraged jurisdictions to compile documentation in the event it is requested with very little turnaround time

Indirect Cost Rates Date Action Steps Webinar: Training – Question and Answer Period for January 10, 2020 all LHDs to learn and understand the reporting process. January 31, 2020 LHDs to submit ICR documentation to CDPH. December 2019 - CDPH to review submittals and issue result letters to January 2020 LHDs with their specific rate. CDPH Programs to be notified of approved LHD February 28, 2020 ICR. CDPH to apply approved ICR to FY 2020-21 July 1, 2020 agreements.
