Case Presentation 63 yo M • Postural discomfort and scoliosis • Difficulty with ambulation > 1 block • He was diagnosed with adult onset scoliosis and • underwent a L3-S1 minimally invasive 360 fusion in 2014 Had subsequent difficulties secondary to nonunion and • hardware failure with a total of 3 surgeries. He continues with low back discomfort and limited • function and posture secondary to his scoliosis. hx of L hip fibrous dysplasia, nephrectomy-ant/lateral. • PE: BMI: 26.81 • He is stooped forward and leaning to left. • He has a kyphotic deformity at the thoracic spine • and thoracic lumbar junction. He has scoliosis of the lumbar region. • Lumbar range of motion is non-painful and restricted. •
