Consistently applying new technologies, seeking to satisfy the needs of the customers through constant control of the production process and timescales for the delivery and execution of parts, soon managed to impose on the market providers of pressed rubber parts in the country and build its own image. The company is ISO 9001/2000 and ISO 14001/2005 certified. These certifications confer national and international recognition of both competences and performances of S.C. “G Costache Grup” S.R.L and also high credibility in relation with our clients and supliers; it also certifies the maintenance of an efficient management of the sistem, process, resources, products and sevices provided by us. Products The company produces technical rubber products from a large range of elastomers: silicole rubber, fluorinated, butadiene styrene, natural, nitrile, chloroprene, ethylene propylene, butyl and polyurethane, products which have a wide technical usage. Our products generally directs to the industrial and naval sector, oil transport, energetic transport, oil extraction, railways, energetic-nuclear sector, thermal sector, hydropower sector. Our company produces and commercializes: - rubber products with or without metal reinforcements and shaped articles (different profiles), snow scrapers, trapezoidal belts; - technical sheets (with thicknesses from 1,5 mm to 40 mm and on client’s order the thickness can be up to 100 mm), widths from 1000 mm to 1500mm and lengths from 1m to 20m: - cords (seals) of different shapes and measures, from any type of elastomer of rubber; - O-rings of all measures and any type of section from the whole range of elastomers (nitrile, chloroprene, ethylene propylene, silicon, fluorinated, genaral usage, etc.); - different types of fittings for plane valves: P (30, 45,60), U (30, 45, 60), related loops, fittings type I (scrapers), according to NICCPEH Timisoara; - fittings made in the mold with or without metal or textile insertion; – differnt shapes and dimentions profiles.
