A Governmental Decree describes it’s functions MOF – the founder of CTIF

Ministerul Finanţelor CHALLENGES al Republicii Moldova • A policy is needed! to ensure continuity and sustainability: there is no clear, systematic MOF vision how to support & finance training for all PFM specialists • Identify & prepare good trainers • Reduce personnel fluctuation: both as trainers and trainees • Establishe effective communication channels
