  5. EPA Brownfields Grant Program Assessment Grants – Up to $300,000/ 3 years/ local, state, and non-profits eligible/ no cost share Cleanup Grants – Up to $500,000/ 3 years/ local, state, and non-profits are eligible/ 20% cost share - Must own property to 4 apply

Multi-Purpose Grant – up to $700,000 to inventory, characterize, plan, assess, and cleanup Must own property for cleanup funds to be used Revolving Loan Funds – up to $1,000,000/ 10 years/ local, state, and quasi- governmental entities eligible/20% match DHEC has a BCRLF for use anywhere in the State Environmental Work Force Development & Job Training Grants – up to $200,000/ 3 years/ local, state, and quasi-governmental entities and non-profits are eligible/ no cost share 5
