Candidates of discussion items • For embarking countries in each WG; – Regarding chosen lectures (1st week or 2nd week lectures), what are key points in each lecture when you consider important to develop SAMGs in your organization? – Does the term „prioritization of SAMG strategies” is clear? Please, explain one example – Each WG can spend one hour for discussion and preparing a presentation for above questions. (approx. ~15:15) • For expanding/developed countries in each WG; – What should we pay attention using the accident analysis result to development of SAMGs? – Who should have command and control under accident conditions (preventive versus mitigative domain) in terms of accident progression? – Each WG can spend one hour for discussion and preparing a presentation for above questions. (approx. 15:15~15:30, 16:00~16:45) 3

  4. How to proceed the breakout session 1. To discuss items for embarking countries – WG members from expanding/developed countries are required to support discussion based on their experiences 2. To discuss items for expanding/developed countries – WG members from embarking countries are required to make an effort to understand why your colleagues discuss 3. To summarize discussion results in terms of each kind of countries 4. To make a presentation on each discussion result – One time slot is 15 min for each categories (embarking countries presentation by WG 1 and 2, and also expanding countries presentations by WG 1 and 2) 4
