TC are present either at national, European (CEN/TC) or international (ISO/TC) level. Several technical committees of several standardization bodies may interest you. Consult the list of i.e.: A TC number is unique; when the TC "completed" its the technical committees on standardization work, it is dissolved. However, the TC is not the websites dissolved if it keeps reviewing standards. of the standardization organizations Also check that the TCs that you identified are active!
