M3W-Ma aintaining and Measuring Date 31 318/31/2015 Revisio ion 2.0 Mental Wellness M 1 Introduction This deliverable presents a gu guide to the technical documentations and ot other documents that describe in detail data pre resentation in the context of the Mental Welln llness Toolset. It includes also a section that i t illustrates several charts developed and pr proposed by the Actimage team. Data presentation is possible le in tabular or graphical formats; visualiza ization is usually understood as data presentati tion in graphical charts. Data presentation requires re regular improvements, continuous maintenan ance and further developments. Therefore, th the solutions summarized in this docume ent are to be considered as work-in-progres ess . 2 Presentation of score scores Score presentation is mostly d described in the following documents (if rele levant, with reference to the proper chapte ter or section): 2.1 Scores in tabular forma format Primary scores computed by t the games are presented to the players eac ch time when a game is finished. Scores – rec ecomputed while the game logs are being pro rocessed – are uploaded to the Data Server. D . Data analyzers, physicians and a few other r authorized persons may look at the score res in textual, tabular formats using predefine ned database queries (c.f. Score queries) or or the diagnostic report forms. • M3WJS Backoffice Ser ervices (a technical report for the end-of-proje ject review, especially sections 3.2. 2.2 and A.1, and the Score queries in chapte ter 4) 2.2 Scores in graphical form l format Players can view their score h histories and the awards they collected with h the games. • M3WJS Backoffice Ser ervices (a technical report for the end-of-proje ject review, especially sections 2.4, 4, 6.1, 6.2 and A.2) See also section 0 M3WJS Backoffice Services ( (a technical report for the end-of-project rev eview, Statistical analysis queries in chapter 4) Statistical data in graphical for ormat. 3 Presentation of playe players activity Monitoring of players activity is is important for physicians and player admin inistrators. Currently, activity data can be e displayed and downloaded in textual, tabul ular formats. Players activity presentation is is mostly described in the following docume ents (if relevant, with reference to the proper ch chapter or section):
M3W-Ma aintaining and Measuring Date 31 318/31/2015 Revisio ion 2.0 Mental Wellness M 3.1 Activity data in tabular bular format • M3WJS Backoffice Ser ervices (a technical report for the end-of-proje ject review, especially sections 2.3, , 3.3 and 3.4, and the Player queries in chap apter 4) 4 Presentation of game game log data Data analyzers need access to to the preprocessed game logs in tabular, te textual format. Game log presentation is mos ostly described in the following documents (i (if relevant, with reference to the proper chapte ter or section): 4.1 Game log data in tabula abular format • M3WJS Backoffice Ser ervices (a technical report for the end-of-proje ject review, especially section 3.2.1 1, and the Gamelog queries in chapter 4) 5 Presentation of statis statistical data computed from game game logs All kinds of users – visitors, pla layers, physicians, game managers, system m developers, system administrators, data an analyzers, researchers, business analyzers, e , etc. – need access to various kinds of stat tatistical data. The production and presentatio tion of statistical data is an ongoing developme ent activity. Statistical data presentation is is mostly described in the following documen nts (if relevant, with reference to the proper ch chapter or section): 5.1 Statistical data in tabul tabular format • M3WJS Backoffice Ser ervices (a technical report for the end-of-proje ject review, Statistical analysis quer eries in chapter 4) 5.2 Statistical data in graph graphical format These experimental solutions are currently presented on the webpage of f Actimage (https://svr225041.actimage.ne .net/stats/index.php?user_id=1&user_lang=en en). Data are acquired from the Data Server er (https://m3w.mit.bme.hu). This solution, developed by a a team of Actimage, after several improveme ments (work is in progress) will be integrated w with the services that are available on the he Game Server (https://kognito.eu). Each chart is responsive and i d interactive. 5.2.1 Personal data The personal data present all ll statistics about score evolution: in that cont ntext, a line chart and a radar view are disp isplayed to show either an average of scores s for all categories (attention, executiv tive function, experimental, language skill, me emory, etc.) per date, or an average per catego gory since the player has registered. The ave verages are calculated from the player’s sc scores with an algorithm developed by BME E EMT: each
M3W-Ma aintaining and Measuring Date 31 318/31/2015 Revisio ion 2.0 M Mental Wellness game corresponds to a catego gory, and the algorithm makes some operatio tions to get an average. Figures 1 and 2 illustrate th the visualization of personal data; only pla layers will have access to such data, and they y will be able to access only their own data). . Fig. 1 . 1. Indeed, this page display ays some charts about the number of registered red users per age, sex, area of interest, langu guage, country, etc. Figures 3 to 7 illustrate the vis visualization of general data (these anonymo ous data will be available to the general public lic).
