Art & Social Change was developed to produce an innovative arts- based training programme with the aim to alleviate stress in the workplace, to strengthen competencies for health staff who work with people in recovery from substance misuse through arts-based approaches 2-year project delivery has established a series of interdisciplinary relationships with: • artists • health professionals • people/communities in long term recovery Our Ambition - to explore the impact of the arts to deliver better quality services, with increased capacity to establish and create empathetic environments - centred around trust and collective relationship development supporting equality of voice…..
