Phase 1 Public Engagement: Stakeholder Summary  5 stakeholder meetings were held.  Over 150 groups were invited including aquatic user groups, community centres, immigrant services, COV advisory committees, LGBTQ2 representatives, persons with disabilities and seniors.  Representatives from over 60 groups attended . 30
