Statey Bar & Grill – 238 Deer St. Request to use sidewalk for café area and City staff is recommending use of two parking spaces on Deer Street to maintain through pedestrian access along the street frontage. RECOMMEND APPROVAL IS CONTINGENT ON: • Maintaining a clear pedestrian path to the front entrance from the street that does not cut through the café area; • Staff approval of tables/seating diagram.
