Ingredients • 1 fillet of Salmon • Hawaiian BBQ sauce • Dry Rub BBQ sauce • Tony Chacheres Creole Seasoning • Salt • Pepper • Italian Seasoning • Basil • Pineapple
Instructions • Chop Pineapple into little 1 inch cubes • Season Salmon fillet with BBQ Dry rub, Italian Seasoning, Basil, Salt, Pepper & Creole Seasoning on both sides • Place Salmon on grill at 45 degree angle for 2 minutes • Swift salmon to 65 degree angle for 2 minutes • Flip Salmon at 45 degree angle for 2 minutes • Shift salmon to 65 degree angle for 5 minutes • Place Salmon on plate, drizzle with Hawaiian BBQ and garnish with cubed pineapple. • Enjoy!
