Overview ◦ June 13, 2019 – Board adopted Ordinance 19-01: "Ordinance Requiring Registration of Groundwater Use Facilities, Water User Reporting and Authorizing the Adoption of Groundwater Sustainability Fee." Ordinance became effective July 13, 2019 ◦ July 2019 - Develop Groundwater User Registration Program • Activate working group to coordinate program development with member agencies, advisory committee and key stakeholder groups • Develop a proposed development and roll-out schedule SANTAROSAPLAINGROUNDWATER.ORG 11
