A good start So far, so good: 1. Back-end editing, laying out pages, etc., from Grass Valley. Staff in Truckee focused on reporting and writing. 2. Sales up, expenses down. Better than expected so far. 3. Fortunate in personnel changes. 4. Papers flying off racks. Had to up the run to match demand. 5. Online improvements. 6. Feedback great. Long way to go. 7. Some dogs don’t hunt.
