Aims & Objectives The purpose of the Activist Academy is to create a community of motivated and skilled LGBTQI youth leaders through a suite of skills transfer workshops, personal development and group building activities in an inspirational environment. The objectives of the Activist Academy are: - To improve the capacity of young LGBTQI activists and leaders through transferring project related soft skills and relevant technical skills during a series of workshops provided by experts and a simulation practice activity - To contribute to a more sustainable effectiveness of LGBTQI activists in their fieldwork by increasing peer-support and networking within a European network of activists, through team activities based on collaboration and competition
