  3. “Inspired environment and representation.” Lobby features “pod” style seating from Italy—the fjrst installed in the U.S. Original concrete fmoors from the screw factory the building once was, are ofgset by walls constructed of individual wood strips, bringing natural elements into S A R E T S K Y H A R T M I C H A E L S + G O U L D the warehouse and warming the environment. Flat-screen TV loops law, art A T T O R N E Y S and nature DVDs to complement the season of the year or the day's mood.

  4. “Passageway to successful dispute resolution.” Hallway from lobby includes a lightbox of a garden from London and a bench discovered at a local antique fair.   5. “A sky is the limit approach to serious business problems.” A gift to the fjrm, the retro rocket gumball machine presides over conference room 1. A custom-made conference table by local artisan Vito Marchione and wall mural of Rio’s favelas (shanty towns built into the city’s hillside) by S A R E T S K Y H A R T M I C H A E L S + G O U L D a Brazilian “hippie fair” artist complete the room.   6. “Relax, we can solve this together.” Informal meetings are held in the “mosh pit, ” an area replete with retro overhead lighting and a fmat-screen TV that plays fjnancial news, DVDs and even Nintendo Wii.   7. “A national practice with individual attention.” Upon the cinder block walls of conference room 2 hangs a sculpture of the continental U.S. constructed of each state’s unique license plate.
