A Premier Uranium Explorer in Canada’s Athabasca Basin A pre-requisite for successful exploration… “ A positive attitude causes a chain reaction of positive thoughts, events and outcomes. It is a catalyst and it sparks extraordinary results.” Wade Boggs, 12-time MLB All-Star Boggs’ 2,000 th hit – May 17, 1992 6
ALX’s Properties in the Athabasca Basin, SK 7
Evolution of Athabasca Basin Exploration: 1970s • Drilling at the Midwest project in 1970 targeted sandstone-hosted uranium, which led to an infamous near-miss – 8 more years passed until discovery ! 8
Evolution of Athabasca Basin Exploration: 1980s • Exploration in the 1980s targeted unconformity-type uranium, which led to several major discoveries but did not target deep, basement hosted mineralization 9
Evolution of Athabasca Basin Exploration: 2000→ • Exploration since 2000 has targeted deeper basement-hosted uranium, which has been found deeper than was previously thought possible 10
Hook-Carter Property: On Trend and On Target • 20,522 ha 20% ALX - 80% • Covers north Denison Mines extent of the Patterson Lake, Derkson and Carter Corridors Triple R Deposits 87.8 million lbs @ 1.82% U 3 O 8 (Indicated) 52.9 million lbs @ 1.80% U 3 O 8 (Inferred) Arrow Deposit 179.5 million lbs @6.88% U 3 O 8 (Indicated) 122.1 million lbs @1.30% U 3 O 8 (Inferred) Spitfire Zone Hole HK16-53: 10 metres @10.3% U 3 O 8 11
Hook-Carter Property: On Trend and On Target • Regional drilling totals over 300,000 metres • Historical drilling at Hook-Carter totals 4,451 metres with large gaps between drill holes • Denison plans up to 10,000 metres of drilling along the Patterson Lake Corridor (“PLC”) in 2018 12
Hook-Carter Property: On Trend and On Target • Denison selected the 2018 drill targets from integration of 2017 MLTEM and IP/Resistivity surveys • 17 holes are planned, with drilling underway as of February 2018 • This is the first concentrated drill test of the PLC on Hook- Carter 13
Newnham Lake Property: New Ideas at Work • 100% ALX, 11,737 ha at the NE margin of the Athabasca Basin • 1970s-1980s drilling found anomalous U in drill holes but holes average only 30 m into unconformity • Sandstone cover is less than 100 m • New, deep targets identified • 2018 drilling program planned: 1,700 m in 5 holes 14
Black Lake Property • ALX can earn up to 75% from UEX Corporation • 30,294 ha hosting a >30 km- long conductive system • Located on NE margin of the Athabasca Basin • Moderate depth sandstone cover (170 m - 600 m to unconformity) • Geophysical exploration and historical drilling has intersected multiple uranium occurrences in drill holes since 2004 (best hole: BL-18, 0.7% U 3 O 8 over 4.0 m) • ALX 2017 drilling intersected pitchblende in drill core • 2018 work plans pending – new targets are being developed 15
Lazy Edward Bay Property • 100% ALX, 23,241 ha • Located on southern margin of the Athabasca Basin • Relatively shallow sandstone cover (0 - 190 m to unconformity) • Geophysical and geochemical exploration has defined drill targets on over 38 line-km of conductors • Recent work by ALX includes radon surveys that defined an large anomaly along conductors • 2018 work plan includes a low- level airborne radiometric and magnetic survey of 4,000 line-km 16
Lazy Edward Bay Property – Radiometric Survey • A radiometric anomaly was found at Patterson Lake South (“PLS”) by Fission Energy Corp. in 2009 using an airborne low-level radiometric and magnetic survey • Survey detected buried high-grade U boulders at PLS leading to discovery of Triple R deposit in Nov. 2012 • 2018 survey at Lazy Edward Bay will utilize the same survey method (From Fission Energy presentation, 2013) 17
Perch Project • 100% ALX, 4,896 ha • Over 6 km of conductors • Anomalous U values in two historical drill holes • Shallow depth to unconformity (0 - 100 m) • Previous work includes a ground gravity survey and reinterpretation of prev. geophysics • 2018 work includes a ground geophysical EM survey 18
New Projects • ALX reviewed historical data and identified several areas for acquisitions • 8 new properties were acquired by staking, and new claims were also added to existing projects 19
New Projects - Argo ~1.5 km • Conductor trace (~1.5 km) emerged from ALX’s use of leading-edge modeling techniques 20
Upcoming Work In 2018 • Hook-Carter: Diamond drilling of 10,000 metres in up to 17 holes is underway testing numerous priority targets generated from recent geophysical surveys • Newnham Lake: Diamond drilling of 1,700 metres in up to 5 holes is planned, testing for deeper, basement-hosted mineralization • Lazy Edward Bay: A low- level airborne radiometric and magnetic survey totalling up to 4,000 line kilometres • Perch: A ground electromagnetic geophysical survey 21
