RIte Care: Cost-Effective and High-Quality Care RIte Care Health Plans Receive Top Ratings Among Medicaid Health Plans in the U.S. (2 of 15 in U.S. rated 4.5 or higher) 4.5/5.0 Source: 2016 National Committee on Quality Assurance Rankings. 293 Medicaid Health Plans were evaluated and 171 were rated based on clinical performance, member satisfaction, and NCQA Accreditation.
RIte Care Works for Pregnant Women 93% pregnant women received timely prenatal care. Declines in delayed prenatal care have occurred over the past decade among pregnant women with RIte Care. RIte Care Works for Babies Low birthweight rates have declined among babies with RIte Care coverage from 8.7% to 8.2% over the past 15 years. Infant mortality rates have remained steady among babies with RIte Care (6.5 to 6.8) over the past decade & remains well below the uninsured rate of 19.1 per 1,000 live births.
