  9. Standard 1 Task Two Standard 1.1 Which professional standards are used in your organisation? Assess how well they are monitored to ensure compliance and propose ways of improving this. Standard 1.2 Describe how you have developed or implemented measures to reduce the risk of non-compliance and developed best practice (e.g. through risk assessments, complaints logs, staff meetings etc). Standard 1.3 Describe how you’ve managed a situation where someone has not complied with the organisation’s standards. In your response explain: • how the non-compliance was discovered • what you did • what you put in place to ensure it does not recur Standard 1.4 Describe how you’ve championed professional standards in your organisation. This could be by being a role model, or by leading initiatives such as staff training or monitoring practice. Add your evidence for Standard 1: Upload evidence that supports your responses - this could include emails, minutes of meetings, policies, procedures, working documents, a copy of professional standards or a code of practice, or statements from colleagues who can confirm that what you did met the requirements.
