  10. Option 1 Advantages  Least disruptive option.  Option where the most students can walk to school.  Reduces crowding at James Nisbet. Option 1 Disadvantages  Doesn’t reduce crowding at Leila North.  Challenging for staffing and budget.  Jeopardizes future capital projects.
