What if the Metrics in the DRVT Are Not Accurate? ▪ Simple Troubleshooting ▪ Has your district uploaded all of your data? ▪ Was any of your data rejected? Are their outstanding SIS/EIS/etc. errors? ▪ When did you upload your data? ▪ DRVT updates overnight. Changes today won’t be displayed until tomorrow. ▪ Has your team reviewed the Report Card Business Rules? Are you calculating the same thing as ISBE? ▪ E.g. 8 th graders passing Algebra I is compared to ALL 8 th graders not just those that took Algebra I. ▪ If the problem persists contact us at reportcard@isbe.net.
